I have been using PALS for my many and varied exotic patients since the company was formed. For me there is no equivalent service in the UK in terms of client care, reliability of results and relevant experience for diagnostics in exotic species. The turn around is fast and the ability to deal with sometimes very small samples is very reassuring. Interpretation when requested is through and relevant to the clinical history and it is very comforting to know that there is friendly discussion at the end of the phone should it be required. The willingness to go the extra mile with cases makes PALS a stand out diagnostic service in exotic veterinary care.
