I established PALS in March 2006 with a very small team (of just two people!); over the years we have continued to develop the business specialising in Exotics. As we have grown, we have moved premises twice and have now in settled in a purpose-built laboratory in the lovely Cheshire countryside. We pride ourselves on our exceptional personalised customer service, where we have built strong relationships with our clients, our primary aim is to support vets in giving the best care to their patients. Along with our biomedical scientists, who have been specially trained in exotic species, we also have our exotic veterinary specialists who are able to assist our customers with interpretations of results where required. Our precision analysers have been adapted especially for us, so that we are able to perform a full haematology and biochemistry panel on just 0.4ml Heparin, ideal for those smaller exotics where blood sampling can be difficult at times, also our microbiology sensitivity panels are species specific, something that is unique in the veterinary laboratory world.
We look forward to the future, as we continually invest in research and development ensuring we are at the forefront of veterinary laboratory technology and innovative techniques.
