I have been using PALS for my many and varied exotic patients since the company was formed. I have been using PALS for a year now and wouldn’t go anywhere else. I wish I’d found them sooner. Competitively priced for an excellent service. Whenever I'm asked about veterinary laboratories I always recommend PALS; they offer a very friendly and personal service with speedy results. Unlike a lots of labs the interpretations are always really helpful; they read the clinical history you submit, interpret accordingly and give you suggestions of further clinical or lab work to help with your diagnosis if needed. I have been using PALS laboratory for around five years now. I was looking for a laboratory specialising in exotic pathology. I wanted a service that was quick, efficient and accurate. I am always provided with species ranges when I request blood samples and the clinical interpretation is also useful. Whenever dealing with unusual cases, the girls, Mary and Debbie are always helpful and often a font of knowledge. When needed, the veterinary surgeons who provide the interpretation, are available providing further support. In all, the service is excellent.
